腦海裏突然浮現這段劇情：

Microsoft: If you only knew the power of the dark side. Google never told
you what happened to your father.

AJAX: He told me enough! He told me you killed him.

Microsoft: No. I am your father.

AJAX: No. No. That’s not true! That’s impossible!

Microsoft: Search your feelings. You know it to be true.

AJAX: No! No! No!

對啊，雖然很悲觀，但這是現實啊。第一個實用 AJAX 的 website 我想是 MSDN Library 左邊的 tree menu。只是 Microsoft 沒有大肆宣傳，也沒有叫它作 AJAX 而已…… 跟 Vader 一樣，Microsoft 不經意生下的兒子，當時事忙只在想如何打垮 Netscape，自然也沒多理會這個在 IE 裏不起眼的小東西。要不是 Google 提攜，AJAX 可能也要在 Moisture Farm 過下半世。
